Never in my life have I been so completely satisfied with a service that has been provided for my family as I was with the beautiful visitation and funeral arrangements for my wife, Diane. Her death was completely unexpected, and I was caught quite off guard and in need of making arrangements for her. From the moment of the first phone call until her burial, every aspect of our preparations and the actual conducting of the visitation, transportation, funeral and burial were handled with understanding, respect and a willingness to satisfy every wish we had. Every member of the leadership and staff were understanding, professional, and great at anticipating and delivering every wish that we had. My wife would have been very happy with the way she was prepared and cared for throughout the time she was in the care of Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home. This home was clean, tidy and all accomodations were well-appointed and in lovely condition. There was a gentleman at the front door greeting funeral attendees. Parking was good. I didn't notice how handicap accessible the entrance was. The feeling in this space was peaceful and hospitable.

I used Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home for my Mother in 2005 and my Father August of 2020. Both were extremely well done. Our director Clayton was phenomenal. He was extremely compassionate, but also funny and had a great personality. There were so many moving parts, but they did an incredible job keeping it all together. They helped me to imagine all of the possibilities when I couldn't do it myself. Clayton's follows through and execution were impeccable...and appreciated. I would absolutely use their services again, and recommend them without reservation.

The Funeral Director was very caring and so helpful. We enjoyed discussing mom, the arrangements and he asked about all of our family. I know "enjoy" is unusual to use to describe funeral arrangements, but he made it so easy and we were glad to talk about other things and have him answer all our questions. He did not rush us in the least. We were very comfortable and so pleased we chose Friedrich- Jones. Unfortunately, we all have to die so I am sure we will choose Friedrich-Jones again.
