If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Troy was the most uncompassionate person I have dealt with. Never offered his condolences when we arrived, just ordered us to sit down and barked questions at us. I think we were there all of 10 minutes. Charged a hundred dollars a pop for death certificates, when you can get them from the courthouse for less than half the amount. Horrible service.

The situation is never easy, but Troy and the staff at Staton-Borowski did everything they could to make it go smoothly for our family. They are respectful and compassionate in such a difficult time.. thank you again for all the help.

They don't even deserve one star. My mom called this place trying to book services for my sister who was also pregnant and the first thing the owner said back to me was "is the baby still in her? (Annoyed sigh) yanno what it doesn't matter cause if it is not we will put it back in." Absolutely no sympathy HIGHLY racist and overall weird vibes!! We had her services elsewhere and I advise you to do the same.
