This funeral home has been taking care of my family for a very long time. From my father's passing in 1985,my sister in 2021 and now my sweet Momma this past September. We were treated with kindness and compassion. It felt that our grieving was more important as we were going step by step with our Momma's funeral planning. Throughout the whole thing they were absolutely amazing and everything was beautiful for our Momma. When we feel like that was more important than money,that's professionalism at it's finest. Thank you so much Ellie for your help and for taking care of our Momma.

If you’ve recently experienced a loss, and you find your self googling and reading reviews of places to go- just stop, and go to Britton Wallace in Auburn. Shannon and her Associate Ellie were kind and helpful in getting the arrangements handled for our family, in what was a really challenging time- made all the more challenging due to the pandemic, flight delays and whatever else the universe had to throw at us. They were knowledgeable, professional, and direct - while still being compassionately human and patient. Which is exact balance of what I needed at that time. You can trust them to get it right.

I just read a review from a girl that lost a loved one recently. She was very critical of Shannon and Britton Funeral Home. I am shocked! I have dealt with Shannon for many years and I only have the best to say about her professionalism and empathy. I have never heard anyone, ever, say a negative thing about her or the funeral home. I realize the hurt in loosing a loved one and I’m sorry for the loss of this girls grandfather but, I also know that in these difficult times of quarantine the new rules that Britton Funeral Home has to follow may be difficult to understand when you are grieving. Again, I only have positive things to say about Britton and Shannon.

My brother Ronnie passed away just about 2 weeks ago. We are still dealing with him being gone. We grew up in Auburn, so we knew that we wanted his services to be held in his home town. Britton was amazing throughout the entire process. Shannon was very patient in dealing with our Family and the grief that comes along with having to bury your son/brother.
