So pleasant to have received a thoughtful message from folks at O'Donnell Funeral Service in Danvers on my mom's birthday the year after she passed. Always a difficult process, saying goodbye to one's mom under any conditions, but made so much more intense by COVID restrictions. Everything was excellent - Anthony was extremely kind and considerate of all aspects of our mother's memorial service. Since our thoughts were focused on our family, we didn't need to worry on any other detail that we may have overlooked as Anthony handled it all with ease. Things could not have gone any better on such an important day. All of the O'Donnell staff followed Anthony's lead and were totally professional and courteous 100% of the time.
