This funeral home and the staff are awesome. They were very effective, friendly and helpful though out the entire process. We had to have transportation from another state and everything went as smoothly as it could have. I had great comfort working with them and highly recommend them.

The people are nice enough, but they are significantly higher than 3 other well known funeral homes in the area. Please read my review of Rest Haven Cemetery and you will see why I am posting here. I had to pre pay for funeral arrangements after a bad experience at Rest Haven, so it seemed logical to choose the home closest to where my parents would be buried. I guess that is what they plan on because once we got done, I felt that the price was a little high. In fact I thought it was a lot high, but then again, what do I know about funerals? I asked them to make a concession for us because of the debacle that happened to my parents over at Rest Haven and I was told "No" because they are not associated with each other. This rubbed me the wrong way so I decided to call 3 other funeral homes within close proximity before I made my decision. Boy am I glad I did! All 3 locations were within a few hundred dollars of each other for the same services. Mihovk-Rosenaker was thousands MORE and they are on site! I guess you can charge anything to people that are grieving. Thankfully, we were not in that position yet. Shop around. There are a LOT better places out there.

We had pre-planned our mother’s funeral (she passed away at 98 years old) which made everything so much easier. Sarah and staff were completely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and actually went beyond our expectations. No, we did not “price shop” since we already had positive experiences with them. I would, and do recommend MRFH to everyone.

Both of my parents had their funerals through Mihovk, and both went very well. Mom's was very recently and the professionalism this place showed was top notch. I can't say enough good things about Mihovk Rosenacker.

The worst service I've been to in my 45 years of life. Probably not enough characters allowed for me to describe the way these people treated our family; First and foremost they would not allow my aunt to attend her brothers service because she was a few minutes late. The daughter of the deceased wanted a soda from the vending machine she was told to go back downstairs and drink what was provided. My mother and my aunt were not allowed to even compose their selves after service was over, not even 5 mins. to gather there self. Family was not allowed to view the burial, due to inclement weather. Pics provided show you the flowers are not even on the correct grave, plus they are all over the ground. Flowers were very expensive and should have been handled with better care. Last but not least we had reserved the room downstairs for everyone to eat and we had until 2pm, but was told to leave way before. Please if anyone reads this DO NOT have your family member here. They should be ashamed of themselves!
