My wife and I never planned our final arrangements. I had to make arrangements when she unexpectedly died. I was happy with the excellent service and care provided by the staff. Andrea laid out all the options and I never felt pressured. I do feel that I was cared for by how I was treated with compassion and dignity.. My wife looked exactly how she did in life. I appreciated that the staff understood what was important to me. The funeral home was well organized and clean. I appreciated during this stressful time that everything ran smoothly and without confusion. I had three possible choices. I have no doubt in my mind that Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial was the best choice.

During this most difficult and sad time for us, Michael helped us with everything, explained what to expect, answered every question, and was our rock from the very beginning to the end. Paul Ippolito Memorial did everything perfectly. My mom looked beautiful and so peaceful. They did a wonderful job arranging the room with her flowers, pictures and albums.
