They lost important information regarding my loved ones service. Also, the funeral director was very aggressive in asking for payment after the service, as if we were going to run out on the bill. I understand it’s a business but that was ridiculous.

I had the uncomfortable experience to speak with Mr. Randy Rodriguez. My company sent him a decedent and he called speaking very rude and ill to one of my Directors. His approach was very rude, distasteful and unprofessional. My apologies, as a professional, for any families that have to deal with his attitude. We are in a service industry and it is important that even as colleagues, we are kind in our approach to one another.

I've lived in Clovis NM all my life and as far as I know my family has always used Muffley Funeral Home however my mother in law recently passed away and from the very beginning, everything was handled so unprofessional. The folks here are so impersonal. The guy that took our information got every single name wrong for the obituary. I personally had to call in 3 times to make sure names were spelt correctly. On the day of the viewing, we were told she was in a room around the corner. No one escorted us so naturally the room around the corner held a deceased man. When I went back to the office the girl there pointed and still did not walk us to the room. We walked in several rooms before we got the right one. Now after nearly 8 months later, we need the copy of the invoice of the funeral services for our attorneys and we have given the girl who answered (very unprofessional and her voice so low you can barely hear her) Mikayla was her name, 2 email addresses and 4 phone calls requesting the same thing and we have yet to see something. When I called I asked for a manager and she wouldn't pass me to one and offered to help but yet I'm still waiting on the email. If I could do NO stars, i would. This company has gone downhill and lacks the sympathy and personalization a family should get when they are grieving at the loss of their loved one. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I'm sorry my parents have pre-planned with them already or I'd have them change that too! After 6 calls later and no requested document, I finally got through to Ronny and he was the most helpful out of everyone we dealt with! He faxed me the much needed invoice in less than 2 minutes! Thank you Ronny!

When we lost our son's Muffley's went out their way for us we are beyond blessed for all they did during the hardest times in our life..Thank you Muffley's funeral home we will forever be greatful for all you did for us.Randy was so understanding and amazing through it all .Thank you Randy God bless you truly heaven sent during this dark time in our life!

The person whom always answered the phone at this funeral home was EXTREMELY RUDE. We had an unexpected loss in our family and instead of taking that into consideration, being understanding and patient he was very snappy and rude, I was in tears by the time the call had ended. He is obviously in the wrong line of business. If you want somewhere that is going to answer your questions and be kind DO NOT go to this place. If you want someone who is going to make you feel like the death in your family isn't sensitive then this is the place to go. Would never recommend anyone go here. I also did not write this review while emotions were high. I am writing this over a month later. If I could give 0 stars I would. Muffley Funeral Home doesn't deserve a single star from my experience.
