My daughter passed in Fla. in Feb. Richard and Janet were incredibly helpful to our family in handling all the details to bring my daughter home. We never expected to have to face such tragedy, but their expertise in handling matters was very helpful. Their personal efforts and compassion through our families loss made our loss tolerable. Their continued support for our family was heartwarming knowing they truly cared for our family. I would definitely recommend seeking their compassionate care during the most difficult time of your life.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently lost my brother and I was incredibly upset with the way they conducted business. The director/owner named Janet is extremely cold, condescending, and temperamental... To start off, a lot of friends and family were contacting me for the times of both the mass and burial. So instead of asking both of my parents or his spouse who were heart broken, I decided to call the funeral home myself. I asked the receptionist the times for the mass and burial (which was literally 2 days away) and she didnt know either. Keep in mind, most people were coming from NYC or NJ. She told me that she would have someone else call me back and six hours later that happened. My first experience with Janet was when she called me back and she was rude from the start. I told her that I needed the times and she asked me did I go to the funeral home's website? I replied yes. She said did you find the obituary? I replied yes. She then asked if I read it (Can you actually believe this, for the love of God, we are all grieving here, can I have the time)? I replied yes and that it wasnt listed on there. Did she really need to ask me all of these questions, when I just needed the times??? There was so much more attitude and hostility throughout, my family and I were appalled. My father literally bought a family plot of ten at the local cemetery and we have already buried another brother there already; needless to say, we will never use them again! I know this was during covid19 and there were additional instructions but harassing me just because I have a florida cell phone number, you literally couldve googled my phone number and saw that I sold real estate in NJ. At one point they were harassing my niece, whose father just died, because Janet thought that she came from Florida (we are a large Italian family and sometimes we share names LOL). Can you imagining grieving for your dead father and now being harassed by a rude owner (its not like we could've complained to someone else)? Honestly, I hope you get the point by now. I can easily double the length of this review with more issues that I just had with them. It is really not what you say but how you say it. Please save your family or friends the additional grief and find another place lay anyone to rest...
