Clements is a wonderful place especially when you are going through a terrible loss of a loved one. My daughter and I had my husbands service there and recently my sister, brother and I had my dad's service through Clements. They were respectful, courteous and patient. I highly recommend Clements.

Best experience possible. Terry was so helpful. The facilities are very nice. All of the staff took care of so much for us - writing the obituary, posting them to the newspapers, preparing our loved one for viewing. Everything went as well as possible. They even brought the flowers to our house, so we didn't have to collect them from the funeral home after the wake. I highly recommend Clements.

Let me start thie review off with I will never be using Clemonts services again. They were rude and unsympathetic. My father unexpectedly passed and we went the day after to talk with them. First his name was wrong on the paper work. Second since my father passed at home we were told a medical examiner would have to come for an additional fee to make sure he wasn't "shot in the back". This was said to my grieving mother the day after my father died by an employee of the funeral home. Finally when it came time to talk about payment there was no financial help at all. He kept asking if we could take a loan or ask family or friends or if we had a credit card. We ended up switcing to another funeral home who not only said they would transfer my father but that they would let us make payments. I understand that this is your job and you want money but you are dealing with people who have just lost somebody and you were just rude and uncaring and in my opinion unprofessional
