Welcome to J.M. White Funeral Home J.M. White Funeral Home is a locally owned family business serving the community since 1967. Our sincere staff works hard to meet the needs of families during the time following a death. We are here to honor those who have passed away in any manner that is desired by our clients. We provide the highest quality of compassionate service with regard to funeral needs while paying close attention to each family we help. As an involved entity in our community we are members of the Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce. Professional organizations to which we belong include the North Carolina Funeral Director’s Association. The present J.M. White Funeral Home facility opened in January of 1989, as a newer and more modern facility than that at the original 1967 location. This approximately 10,000 square foot facility includes a chapel, two visitation suites available to accommodate multiple families at the same time, a fully furnished merchandise selection room, and an elegant arrangement office.
