We used Routsong for my grandmother and grandfather and my mother wanted the same. My mother fought metastatic breast cancer for 9 years. The one thing she knew for sure is that she wanted her funeral at Routsong. When she passed away, they were lovely every step of the way. Sam was amazing! He was positive, helpful, and made everything super easy. I could text him and he would answer within minutes. He was upbeat, yet respectful. After the funeral they immediately got the flowers to our home and they will get us a video of her pics too. They are professional and just downright good at what they do. During a difficult time, this is a place you want to be.

We felt we were drowning when both parents fell ill at the same time. They gave us the time we needed to take care of our Mom while planning our Dad’s funeral. Sam in particular and the entire Routsong team were fantastic before, during and after the service. They accommodated some unique touches, knowing we’d have a large and eclectic group of family and friends in attendance. And the officiant they arranged exceeded our expectations. In fact we are still getting feedback (months later) regarding the service and how it was a true celebration of life. The care provided by Sam and the team was a huge comfort, and it made all the difference during a challenging time.

The compassion, sensitivity and warmth extended at this most intimate time by literally everyone at Routzong was exceptional and unmatched. My husband's sudden death, while traumatic, was not unexpected. The assurances and professionalism extended through every phase of his funeral was so supportive in every anticipated and unanticipated way.
