After my Mom die, we had an outdoor funeral and they didn't have my Mom's yellow roses there for the memorial. We ordered the headstone back when we made plans. They redug the foundation and then never ordered the headstone. During the meeting, we were lead to believe the cost of the stone was included in our cost. During such a difficult time, you expect these places to handle the little details. Abby (the womab who we talked with) seemed distracted and too busy to be bothered getting it right. I wouldn't use this home again if I had another option.

An old friend passed away in Lima. Jon Neeper and his colleagues at Chiles & Laman made the funeral, cremation, and burial planning process easy and efficient. There was never any hard sell - they showed great sensitivity and made some excellent suggestions. They listened. They were very dependable - said what they did and did what they said. In the end, we had a great memorial mass for my friend that I"ll remember for a long time.
