So many things to say, I am not sure where to start. From the moment we called Louis James Funeral home and Cremation Service PC, to obtain information of his business, Mr. Louis James personally answered our call and all of our questions and concerns. When the time came for his services to be needed, he did not disappoint us or hesitate to help us. He was there for us every step of the way and even went above and beyond his call to help us in remembering the life and legacy of our father. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful in all aspects of his business and man kind. He restores hope to the world to know that there is love and compassion left in this world, especially in this inevitably life stage. Louis James deserves a very special place in heaven. When I called, I spoke to him, not a machine . He personally delivered his ashes and American flag. He is a kind and loving man, who made a heart wrenching experience a little easier. When he was called to our home in the middle of the night, he came himself, not a member of his staff. He sat with us, did not rush us. When he left, he gave us all a warm, and heart-felt hug. I hope all who reads this will remember his name, when the need arrives. I will remember him, and his kindness to me and my family forever. May the Lord keep him safe. I am eternally grateful to him. Thank you for treating my beloved husband, Russ, with the respect he truly deserved. He is a gentle, and compassionate man. He came to our home in the middle of the night to pick up my beloved husband, Russ.
