We chose Christian Sells wanting a simple and compassionate service. James and his team did an exceptional job from beginning to end. Bailey did a wonderful job on my father’s appearance. He didn’t look like he’d been sick and looked just like Dad always did. To James, Terry, Bill, Eric, Bailey, Tim and Jesse a big warm family thank you from ours to yours. You made a difficult time a wonderful experience. Love and prayers to you!

My immediate family has used Christian-Sells for two funerals within the past 15 years. Both times, we were absolutely satisfied with the level of care, attention to detail, and compassion that this group puts into beautiful services. Our most recent visit was for my grandmother, who valued having everything planned and paid off (in cash) before she passed to make things easier on the family that she was leaving. The team worked with her and us to ensure that she had all the things her way and that she slept with peace knowing her debts were paid before her crossover. The family was included and informed in every step of the process, no matter what it concerned. I know my distant relatives have used the company and will continue to do so. I am not residentially local, but for anyone in this area looking for a smooth, seamless, and special experience, this is the place to be. Would absolutely recommend over and over.

My father just recently passed away as of this writing. I called this funeral home as potentially handling the arrangements of my father. The funeral director seemed nice enough at first, that is until I started asking questions about cost. I quickly picked up on this obvious mood changer from him. I asked "am I not allowed to ask questions"? I informed him that I've attended many funerals, but this is a first regarding actually organizing one, and that I've got EVERYTHING to learn. He was ok with my inexperience until I mentioned being familiar of what other nursing homes charge for the same service. He quickly got rude with me, and said that I can take it up somewhere else. Well guess what? That's exactly what I did. I'm so glad I did. In the end you want a decent burial for your family member. And NOT to "get into it" with a funeral home. The other funeral home was nice and patiently answered all questions. My advice? Look on!!

My dad passed 10-21-20. I live in Nashville and he lived in Mosheim. I chose Christian Sells because my family had used them a lot before. My initial experience was great. However 8 weeks later and I’m just receiving my dads ashes along with another paper to sign for life insurance. This is fine and dandy but they told me 6 weeks ago that everything was submitted and good to go. They also advised me that my dad had only recently been cremated but in fact he was cremated November 12. I would use them ago but they are definitely unorganized on the after part of the process.
