Rosser Funeral Home is a family oriented business, that doesn't process you like you're just a number. Our director Mr. Cleaver was so wonderful with our family. He helped us through a very difficult time. The funeral home staff was great and we really appreciated that. In the future if I need help in this area again, I will be asking them to do the service.

I did not care how they conduct business.. When I went to get my grandpas remains I asked if they had filled the urns that we bought... They said oh yes ma'am we did... That night I got home I opened my urn to see and sure enough it was empty. Why lie about that. I won't go back there... And the lady at the front desk seemed moody and grumpy. Its as if they didn't really care... I mean as if this ain't already a difficult time as is...
