Jeff asked us what we wanted engraved on the back of our 3 thumbprint necklaces. We got the necklaces without anything engraved like we asked for. Then it took almost 4.5 months to receive our necklaces. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And Jeff denied communication with my son-in-law regarding the engravements and my son-in-law still has the emails from Jeff requesting us what we what written. Then Jeff was rude about it when I called to tell him.
