The employees at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle were very friendly and helpful to my daughter and I while we were planning my moms funeral. The process was smooth she already had a paid funeral plan and it was explained fully to me in terms I understood. The funeral itself went well and the ladies in the office were helpful at getting my phone calls to the right person. The employees at the funeral, Wade and 2 other employees had everything ready and were very thoughtful and kind to everyone who came to the funeral. Great job and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed to plan a funeral for a loved one.

We were fortunate to have selected Harrell Funeral Home to help us navigate through this very difficult and emotional occasion. From the moment my family and I entered this beautiful facility, and met with Wade, I knew we were in good hands. With care and understanding, Wade walked us through the process of laying our loved one to rest. He assisted us with writing the obituary and was an invaluable resource in providing guidance and advice. When Wade was out of the office, Doug assisted us and the transition was seamless and easy. Wade and Doug were extremely helpful and responded to our calls and emails quickly. Any question we had or request we made was answered and honored. Much of the stress of planning and executing our loved one’s service was eliminated by the assistance we received from these two gentlemen. On the day of our loved one’s service, Doug, Leo and Isabell helped us through this extremely stressful time with amazing grace. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and we are forever grateful. We are also thankful for Bella, the estate specialist, for her help with navigating through the settling of our loved one’s estate.
