I live in New Mexico and during the Covid-19 pandemic I did everything over phone text and email. They were willing to work with me the whole way through. I didn’t have to deal with anything really. This place is the worst place you could EVER choose to pick for a loved one who has passed. They are unsympathetic and negligent. Every employee needs to make sure they have their eyes checked or prescribed the right glasses because clearly they don’t see anything that’s going on in this funeral home. Do not do business with them save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere a place that will actually pay attention to every single detail! I’m sure if it was their own loved one they would of had everything organized!!!!! Jesus is definitely watching your EVERY Move .
