The funeral itself was fine but the handling of the death certificates has been a complete debacle. After the death certificates arrived on a Monday, I asked them to drop them in the mail. By Thursday morning, it still had not been done. That afternoon, they were "dropped in the mail" but that wasn't exactly correct. The mail for Silsbee was taken to the main office in Beaumont where it sat for an additional four days. Ten days after initially arriving at their office, I'm still waiting on the death certificates.

Compassionate and Professional. They understand that you are dealing with something painful and go out of their way to make it as easy as they can.. they were the most affordable and the most honest out of all the places I called. My mom looked beautiful and their viewing room was much warmer and intimate than i imagined. I am so grateful to them for all their hard work.
