Prompt, efficient, friendly and respectful service. Losing a mom is hard and they made it so easy to coordinate all the required documents and paperwork. They were compassionate and professional with no surprises. They were flexible as I would change my mind several times. I was always met with kindness and understanding. I totally recommend them for your loved one. My mom was a Veteran and when they came to get her they had a flag draped across her which seriously impressed me. They do it right from start to finish!

I’m so thankful for their patience and understanding and walking me through everything. Jodie is honestly a joy! My sister lives out of state so I was doing a lot of this myself until she arrived, so it was amazing to have an advocate like Jodie who broke everything down and wasn’t annoyed when I had to call multiple times to answer questions my family had. Rightly or wrongly, the funeral industry has a general reputation of being fairly shady. So every time I have had to deal with the death of a family member, I always go in with eyes wide open and my b.s. meter on full strength. I called a few places in addition to Utah Simple Cremations to compare products, services, and prices, and these guys were not only on the more affordable end of the spectrum--but also just the most up-front and forthcoming about what they offered and what it cost. And I appreciated that. Jodi was great to work with and handled everything quickly and honestly. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted up front / over the phone. No surprises. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
