They genuinely care about what it is that they do and there ability to coordinate other meetings with churches and other arrangements saved a lot of stress on my end. If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. I have never experienced more blatant disrespect and lack of compassion from a place that is supposed to take care of you on your worst day in my life. The way my family, I, and most importantly my late father were treated by Nitardy was nothing short of shockingly appalling. Gary was extremely rude in every conversation we had with him. He made it very clear that he was there to make money, and even went so far as to suggest we send our father to a mass crematorium. My sister and I are in our twenties. Our father’s death was a complete shock. There was no compassion, there was no kindness. And by far the most upsetting thing- We requested to view our father so we could say goodbye, and when we went back to where he was laid out no one had bothered to take the time and care to present him in a dignified way and there was a bug crawling on him. We couldn’t get him out of there fast enough. There are no words. We deserved a hell of a lot better. Our father deserved better.

Everyone seemed wonderful and caring. There were a few bumps along the way. They were not created by your funeral home, but you all assisted and took extra steps to smooth all that. We will have a small service at the cemetery and I am very grateful that your funeral home stated they will contact the cemetery for me. Thank you so much.
