Richard "Dick" beloved husband of Nora Ryan Spencer, loving father of Wendy (Jay) Bond, beloved son of the late William and Montene Spencer and son-in-law of Mary Ryan and the late James J. Ryan, dear brother of the late George Spencer and brother-in-law of Kevin (Vivian) Ryan, Tim (Nancy) Ryan, Dan (Allison) Ryan, dear uncle of Christopher Ryan, Emily Ryan, Cassidy Ryan, Blair Ryan, Becca Ryan. Passed away Friday, December 29, 2017. Visitation will be Tuesday January 2, 2018 at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. from 5PM-8PM. Funeral mass will be Wednesday January 3rd at St. Dominic Church at 10AM. Memorials may be made to the SPCA Cincinnati 3949 Colerain Ave. Cinti, OH 45223. www.vittstermeranderson.com
