Deborah Lyytinen Obituary

KNOXVILLE - Deborah Ann (McKinney) Lyytinen, 58, Knoxville, died at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, at home.

Deborah was born Nov. 19, 1960, the daughter of Bobby McKinney and Patricia McKinney Mitchell. She married Richard H. Lyytinen Sr. on May 9, 2008. She attended Washington High School in Washington, Illinois. She worked for many years as an adjuster for Farmers Insurance.

Deborah loved spoiling her grandkids and dogs. She enjoyed the Christmas season and spending time on genealogy. She enjoyed rooting on the St Louis Cardinals, Oklahoma Sooners, and the Boston Red Sox.

She is survived by her husband, Richard H. Lyytinen Sr. of Knoxville; parents, Bobby (Lucielle) McKinney of Victoria and Patricia Mitchell of Rushville; six children, Rhonda (Aaron) Baker of Nauvoo, Bobby (Nikki) Koepp Jr. of Wataga, Cydni Lyytinen of Nauvoo, Richard Lyytinen Jr. of Vanita, Oklahoma, Dawn Koepp of Hockley, Texas, and Melissa Koepp Francisco of Beardstown; five grandchildren, Brandon (Savanna) West, Abigail Berg, Jaden Koepp, Avery Koepp, Hayden Lyytinen; and one brother, Eric (Ruth) McKinney.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; stepfather, MadDog Mitchell; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at the Nowhere Bar and Grill in Victoria. Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. Patty and family, we are so sad to hear about the loss of Debbie. We saw her several months ago and she shared good things about all of her family. I do feel very bad that she left you all at such a young age. (it seems to be the history of our family.). again our regrets and sympathy. Joetta & Jess Fisher
