To Miss Willie, Mrs. Pam Vinson, Mrs. Bobbie Tinnin, and family. You have lost a trooper that has gone too soon. James was a special friend of mine that helped me back in the day when I was younger. I worked for him on numerous jobs. He was a steadfast man, he did the best to try to satisfy everyone within means appropriate. He stood his ground when needed, and he helped people even though losing monies at time doing so. James had his stuff together!! I admired him for that and always looked up to him for what he had, and the hard work he put in to get it!! He had the bite of a grizzly bear when you tried to cross him, but the heart of a lamb willing to help anyone if he seemed it sincere.
He will be greatly missed by me. He was a good man!! God will bless him for all the people he has tried to help.

To the family of James " Bobby" Vinson. I'm deeply saddened for the passing of Bobby. My heart goes out to you the family. R I P my brother. I will always cherish the fond memories and strong bonding friendship that we had. The times we spent at the drag strips are embedded in my memories forever. The times we had played cards, when I came home for the weekend from Camp Lejeune, hunting squirrels, fishing and listening to music will never be forgotten Bobby. The times you came to my home in Jacksonville, North Carolina and spent the weekend with me and my family was always pleasant. When my mother passed and I reached out to you at 2:00 a.m., you were there by my side. The time I came and visited you while you were stationed in Fort Bragg and when I was stationed at my first tour at Camp Lejeune, you came and visited with me also was always filled with laughter, especially when I was pulled over for speeding by the MP's at Fort Bragg. You are my BEST FRIEND EVER! Farewell My friend until we meet again!
