Cheryl Bero Obituary
Green Bay - Cheryl Bero, 68, a longtime Green Bay resident, was peacefully called to Our Lord after a long illness on December 24, 2017. She was born in Norway, Michigan on July 17, 1949, to the late Jacob and Dorothy (Carrigg) Boerner. Cheryl moved to Green Bay in her 30's where she met the love of her life, Larry Bero. The two were married 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Bero; a son who remained forever in her heart; a sister, Nancy (Alan) Powers, a brother, Jack (Ellen) Boerner; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Judy Bero, Jim Blohowiak, Earl and Mary Rentmeester, Tom and Pat Bero, Jeff and Bonnie Johnson, Bob and Sandie Bero, Steve and Lori Froelich, Bill and Sandy Bero and Tim Bero; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from noon to 12:50 p.m. Friday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the church with Rev. Mark Vander Steeg officiating. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send on-line condolences visit www.prokowall.com.
Cheryl's family extends a special thank you to the staff at Bay Harbor where she made her home, the dialysis teams throughout the years who took such wonderful care of her, the angels who transported her to her appointments, and everyone at St. Vincent Hospital who cared for her during her final journey. Thank you also to special friends, Dick and Barb Smits and Arland and Marian Klimek.

My deepest sympathy to the Bero family for the loss of Cheryl.
