Margaret was mother of my best friend Lonnie. We lived on Golden Arrow across from each other in my preteens through my late teens. She was my "Mom" during that time. Lonnie and had some "eye opening"" experiences with the trouble we got into. I´m glad we survived. I was sent off to military school and lost touch. I´d heard Lonnie died. Never heard how, but I felt a pain in my heart and missing my memory of being family to them all. I´d heard Melvin had passed. I lost touch with Gail and Margaret since then. I´m grateful for our friendship in our youth. I miss them all.

Hey Ladies. I am so sorry about the passing of your Mom, my Aunt Margaret. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to talk with her a few months ago. Of course I deeply regret not staying in touch once I located her. I hope we stay in touch as we share many sad losses in our family. Your Mom, my Mom and Duane are together now. I am sure they have worked out their differences and are laughing, reminiscing and drinking beer! Of course Grampa is there keeping them in line!

In searching my family tree, I searched for Margaret Simpson and found this obituary. We share a great grandfather, Johannes Lindgren who immigrated from Sweden in 1854 and settled in Scandia, Minnesota. His daughter, Mary Johnson, wed Frank Harveaux. Their daughter, Dorothy, wed Leonard Pickhartz, which is Margaret's maiden name. zmy mother;s maiden name is Lindgren. Johannes was her grandfather. While I did not know of Margaret until recently, we are family. Condolences. Nita Bloom Aasen. St. Peter, Minnesota
