Dear Mrs. Kipp
I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Kipp. I am still in shock as I can not bring myself to believe it is true, but deep down inside I know it is. I learned so much from him, and I will always carry him in my heart. There are things I have lost along the way and he helped me get it back. He helped me to regain trust in humanity and how to be a part of a family.For he always said cj no matter what we are family, I am so greatful to have met him, he helped me to be a better person. He always talked so highly of you and your kids. He will be truly missed and it was a pleasure to have met you while doing my externship at muhlenburg. You have my deepest sympathy. May God wrap his loving arms around you during this difficult time.
Dear Dr. Kipp
Thank you for everything, you always believed in me when I didn't believe in myself especially all the times I had to push my graduation date back so many times due to difficult times in my life. You were and still is an inspiration to me. I just wish my last time seeing you was a few weeks before graduation was not the last time. As you would tell us you cj students rock, no its the other way around you rock and always will. You will always have a special place in my heart thank you once again because not too many college students knows what it feels like to have a professor truly care about them and actually remember their name. So go get your wings dear friend you deserve them and soar high above the skies I just ask one favor just continue to watch over me and tap me on the shoulder and let me know you are still there every now and then. I love you and will truly and sincerely miss you Dr. Kipp even though it is hard to accept I know I didn't just lose a friend I gained à guardian angel. Rest in Peace Dr. Kipp.

To the Kipp family,
I had the experience of working with Rich during our careers in the criminal justice system. He was always professional and excelled at everything. He will be remembered as a kind and considerate person and I feel privileged to have known him.
I'm deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

Dr. Kipp was my teacher at McCann. The best teacher I ever had! He cared for his students, believed in us, taught us how to become better and work hard.
I am truly saddened by this. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to the Kipp family. I first met Dr Kipp when he interviewed me for the position of Adjunct Professor at Mcann. Dr Kipp quickly became my go to person for any assistance I needed at the school. He was always helpful and patient, showing me all the short cuts and rendering teaching advice. Rest in Peace, Dr Kipp.

Dr. Kipp will always be remembered as a wonderful teacher who showed me even someone at 46 years of age can strive in a classroom setting and graduate with honors. He cared about each one of his students. It was both a joy and honor to know him.
