Marilyn Segari Marks

Marilyn Segari Marks, age 91, peacefully entered into eternal rest April 11, 2017. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Belle Chasse, LA for 56 years. Beloved wife of the late John Marks Jr, daughter of the late Louis and Lillie Segari, and sister of the late Audrey Clark (Max), Rosalie, Trixie, Bert, Joe Segari, and Louis Segari. Survived by dearly beloved children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren: Johnny Marks III (Janet), Patrick Marks, Sr. (Lisa), Scott Marks, Sr. (Trudy) and Mary Howard (Mike); grandchildren: Johnny Marks IV, Shane Marks, Josh Marks (Debbie), the late Todd Marks, step-grandchild April; Patrick Marks, Jr. (Marie), Kristy Amedee (Joe Paul), step-grandchild Rene' Hernandez; Scott Marks, Jr., Megan Marks; Mark Howard, and Jenna Howard; great grandchildren: Jessica Marks, Destonie Marks, Ethan Marks, Liam Marks, Beckham Marks, Quin Amedee, Payton Amedee, Juliette Amedee, Aubree Amedee and step-grandchildren Jace and Caine. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Our hearts are full of gratitude when we say thank you to her primary care physician, Dr. Marc Friedman (Phylis), and Cardiologists Dr. Murat Celebi and Dr. Craig Walker. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 9 AM with Mass at 11:00.
