I had the privilege of knowing Manny while working at LADWP. He was one of the finest people I will ever know. He will be missed.
May he rest in peace and be free to share in God's love for eternity.

I had the pleasure of working with Manny at LADWP for a number of years on several projects like Intermountain and Harbor Repowering. But more than working with him, I enjoyed our time together and just visiting. He had a heart of gold and is still someone that I try to live up to his standards. So sad to loose such a great guy. Manny, I hope we meet again.
