I remember a dear childhood friend, Metta Jane, full of spunk and fun. She was my best friend in elementary school. She had such a vivid imagination that turned into fun times at school recess. I am happy that we reconnected after years but sorry we never got to visit in person. She will always be a part of me. My condolences go out to her dear husband, Jim and family.
