Daniel Arterburn Obituary

Daniel "Dulcimer Dan" Robin Arterburn

Daniel Robin Arterburn, known affectionately as "Dulcimer Dan," passed away on June 25, 2025, born on February 6, 1945. Daniel lived a life rich in creativity, music, and quiet devotion. Daniel lived in his beloved, self-built home in El Rito/Latir, for 40 years. For 48 years, Daniel shared a deep and loving partnership with his wife, Pam. He was known for his kind, quiet, talented, compassionate nature, his music and his artistic ways with instruments. Daniel is survived by his devoted wife, Pam Arterburn; a brother and sister, several nephews and a niece. A memorial to celebrate Daniel's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the GoFundMe page, "Support Pam Arterburn After Daniel's Passing" at https://gofund.me/3b4a6832 (gofundme.com) to assist with arrangements for Dan and support Pam during this time.

Pam, I'm so sorry for your loss. But, I'm sure Dan and Dave will play some music in the wild blue yonder! Happy Trails Dan. You were a great man and musician. I have fond memories of you helping me build the kitty condo that I still use!! And fond memories of the four of us and our times together. Love you Pam.
