Roger Folda Obituary

Roger Folda

Roger Folda passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025. He was 87 years old. Roger loved all things outdoors, including hiking, golfing, skiing, fishing, camping, and just being in nature. His greatest pleasures were derived from admiring the beauty of the mountains, rivers and trees. Known for his quiet strength, generous spirit, and unwavering curiosity, he touched the lives of all who were blessed to know him. Roger built his life grounded in love, integrity, and most of all kindness. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Millie Folda, his step-children, his grandson, his brother, his nieces, and his nephews. We all take comfort knowing he is returned to God.

It was indeed my honor to get to know Roger over his last year and a half. Such a kind and gentle Spirit. I cherished our time listening to and singing along to music, reading poetry, and so many conversations about exploring God´s beautiful world. He is Home, and we shall see each other again.

Peace and blessings to Millie and Family.

Our deepest sympathies Millie. Roger was such a wonderful man and we appreciated having him for our neighbor when we lived on Lake Forest Dr. (Ron and I now live in Florida). He is definitely with his Heavenly Father, and we appreciate the memories we made just by knowing Roger. God Bless you and your family. Ron & Laura Marenco
