We will miss all the adventures the 4 of us shared. But I know Kenny's is in a better place now. A grand reunion is now taking place in heaven. God's Blessings on the families left behind.

Grandpa Kenny was the best grandpa ever. I will always miss him. He was the best grandpa that i had. The only one that would come around me and that loved me truley. I will always remember the times i had with him. I don't know what to do since he is gone. He fought hard. Hes in a better place now where he won't suffer. God will take care of him. We will all see him sometime. I just wish he was still here with us. All i got is sea shells and a picture in a frame and the memories I had with him and that i will always keep. Grandpa we would build a bridge to heaven if we could and bring you back down. I love you bye:)

Dad also had one other grandson who was mistakenly omitted from the obituary. He is also survived by a grandson, Jonathan Cheatham of Godfrey, Illinois.

My father fought a brave battle with cancer. He showed much courage and I can't remember ever hearing him complain. The strength and courage that he displayed are a lesson for all of us. Some of my happiest memories with my dad are from the past months spent with him in Belleville during the holidays and also at his home in Breadenton. My greatest joy is knowing that Dad prayed and put his faith and trust in the Lord for his salvation- I know he is now in heaven free from pain. My prayers are now with his wife Karen, who courageously stood by him through this terrible illness, and honored him by lovingly caring for him to the very end. May God bless her with His comfort and peace during the coming days ahead.
