Mary A. Witucki

WITUCKI, Mary A. (Kondziola) of Bay City, Michigan. Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed away Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Bay Regional Medical Center, age 96. Mary was born December 28, 1914 in Bay City to the late Gregory and Johanna (Stalmach) Kondziola. She married Andrew Witucki in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church on September 5, 1938; he predeceased her on December 13, 2005. She was a member of St. Hyacinth Church, Rosary/Altar Society and volunteered on the funeral luncheons. Mary enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, gardening and maintaining her beautiful roses. Surviving are three children: Audrey Packard, Diane Karner, and LeRoy (Sandy) Witucki; seven grandchildren: Kelly (Dennis) Divo, Craig Packard, Chad (Andria) Packard, Holly (Brian) Lewis, Lisa Witucki, and Lori (Chris) Niedzwiecki; eleven great grandchildren and one sister, Victoria (Allie) Wawrzynak. Mary was predeceased by an infant daughter, Andrea; one son, Andrew J. Witucki; one grandson, Keith Packard; two sons-in-law, Gerald L. Karner and James Packard, four brothers and one sister. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Hyacinth Church. Fr. Edward J. Konieczka will celebrate Mass. Private interment will be in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ambrose Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at church on Friday after 10:00 a.m. Members of St. Hyacinth Rosary/Altar Society will pray the Rosary Thursday at 2:00 p.m., followed later by a Parish Vigil Service for Mary at 7:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to "Family Wishes." Mary's family would like to thank all the staff at Rachel Sovereign Memorial Home for their wonderful care they gave our mother.
