Bernice M. Torok, of Columbiaville, age 80, passed away March 17, 2013 at The Pines of Lapeer Memory Care. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, March 21, 2013 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski celebrant. Burial will follow in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday and 11 AM - 3 PM and 5-8 PM Wednesday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the Mass on Thursday at the church. A Rosary will be prayed 7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Bernice was born in Venice Twp., MI on November 11, 1932, daughter of the late Harold and Ethel (Austin) Berry. She Married Albert A. Torok on August 30, 1952 and he preceded her in death on May 4, 2009. Bernice was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Bernice is survived by her children, Debbie Mullaly, Pamela (Terry) Clay, Michael (Bonnie) Torok, Diane Torok-Dahl and Ron (Jennifer) Torok; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Mark Torok Sr. and Albert Torok Jr. The family would like to say a special thank you to The Pines of Lapeer Memory Care staff and hospice Nurse Jeanne Tuski. Debbie and Family...I am so sorry to read of the loss of your Mother. It's never easy to lose a loved one. I have so many good memories of playing at your Mom and Dad's house when we were growing up. I always loved being around your family...even if it was for just an overnight. Hold onto the memories.
