Stan, a 17 year veteran of the company formerly known as Hughes, helped develop and build anti-radar technology.

"He was our 'dean' of electronic warfare, and his objective was always to the protection of the American servicemen," colleaques remembered.

My dad knew Mr. Hall from Litton/Amecom & other Navy projects and was a fellow Old Crow so their paths crossed my dad´s entire career. Each year for 21 years I celebrate the memory your dad on this day and every year.
I just lost my dad a month ago. I can´t tell you what peace it brings me to read about your dad & his bio today as I do every year-the Old Crow network is so small and it´s a small connection to my dad who is now gone and to the unique careers of our fathers. Your dad was so very accomplished for a young woman in 2001 to know his name.
Please know each time we are in NYC find your dad´s name at the Memorial and say a prayer for the family.
God Bless You and God Bless Your Family.

In memory of Flight 77 passenger Stanley Hall..

September 14, 2016

Sunday, our church had a memorial for the victims of 9/11. I had not heard of Stanley but on looking up his name, I found that we indeed lost a brilliant mind when that plane went down. Prayers to his family and loved ones.

I worked with Stan when the company was still Hughes Aircraft Co in the Radar Systems Group. Stan was a true gentleman. I would run into Stan every now and then until that terrible day. I think of Stan and Peter Gay every Sept 11.

It's not just on every Sept 11th that I keep remembering the friendship of Stan at Litton/Amecom and his friendly competitiveness when he went to Hughes Aircraft. We shall never forget the brutal and sudden way of how he left us on that day........

Words could never tell you how I feel about your loss. This world is not the place I like anymore. There is to much hate, to much killings, and the rich contiue to get richer and the poor get poorer. I had thought there was a God, but now I wonder, due to personal circumstances. I wish I could save the world, and feed the hungry. I can't I am a man like other men. No better no worse, just a man never the less. I hope the best for your family and you. They say money can't buy happyiness. I wish I had the money to find out for sure. My heart goes out to all those that lost their lives, a day I will never forget. I pray though I belive that no one listens that peace will come throughout this world.

I am a former employee of Raytheon Co. at headquarter office located in Philadelphia. During the service years, I learned a lot from the higher management team. I love this company, and love people like Stan who devoted their golden time to Raytheon.

May God Bless you ! You always get God's love and God takes care of Stan !

Remembering Mr. Hall and all who died on that horrific day five years ago. You are not forgotten. As we commemorate this anniversary, let's remember the unity that we felt in this country in those dark days. The sadness remains and the memories fresh. Peace and blessings to all those who lost a loved one 9/11/01. Time passes but we cannot forget.

It is hard to relate to 911 if you didn't lose anybody, but reading about Stan assures you that these are real people - lovely people who didn't deserve their end. I am so sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace.

I have tried for 5 years to find a way to contact Mr. Hall's family in order to tell them that I have a Mercy bracelet with his name inscribed on it. I wore it every day for the first year after 9/11. I have tried since then to find a way to send it to them and to tell them how much I can imagine their grief and loss has changed their lives. I wanted them to have it because as a teenager, during the Viet Nam War I wore a bracelet of the same sort with a soldier's name on it who was a POW/MIA, but unfortunately, I found out that he had died. I sent his bracelet to his family.

My father died from cancer at 53, but I cannot imagine having a loved one taken in such a cruel and unasked for manner as was their loved one.

I see I am not the only person who has a Mercy bracelet with Mr. Hall's name on it and for that I am glad. If anyone in Mr. Hall's family or anyone that he worked with can help me in sending this bracelet to his family, I'd appreciate being contacted. Again, I am so very sorry for the loss that is felt every day by his family and I hope that in time they can come to have some sort of peace in their hearts. I'm sure Mr. Hall is in God's Heaven and they will all be united again one day. That's what gets me through...knowing I will see my father and other loved ones again someday.

With great respect and utmost sympathy,

David R.

I worked with Stan when he was employed by Litton/Amecom. Stan was always a good friend and colleague and a gifted engineer as well as a fine human being. I will try to incorporate his many good qualities into my own life as a living tribute to him. May he rest in peace.

At church this morning, all were handed wristbands with the names of an individual whose life was taken one year ago. I am wearing Stanley's name. As moving as it was to see the entire congregation and imagine that this many people three fold were lost that day, it is more striking to look into the face of the one whose name was placed with me.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Stanley and with all of us who were shaken by the tragedy.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
