Every year I make it a promise and a prayer to sign your guestbook. Our kids shared the same neighborhood and have grown to be young men and women. May god continue to be with your family and your precious twins and wife.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

Dear Weirong's family,
As an alumni of Weirong in Shanghai, East China Normal University, I was shocked to hear about what happened and to see the list of names.
However, I believe our Heavenly Father always loves Weirong and you!
I just would like to send my prayers and greetings from Vancouver to you and would like to take some chances to visit you, though we haven't met before.
Remember that God's with you and be strong!

To Weirong Lin's family
Our son-in-law is a teacher of 7th graders in Salem Oregon. As a project for his students to understand the impact of the 9/11 loss, he had each of his student's make a flag with a name of a victim. When they were finished, students could take home a flag to honor a person. Weirong's flag was with our family at Thanksgiving and Christmas 2001. We will continue to bring the flag to our table so our children and our grandchildren will never forget. Weirong has touched our lives - and now your family is a part of our family. Wishing you healing energy and peace.

shau lee(small lee), that's what Minna Chin, your friend, always call you. I knew you when you were a poor student, I heard that you got married and your wife is expecting or already gave birth?! If this is any comfort for his family, he is a determined young man, yet not too proud to help others. Without his picture, i was not sure that it is indeed him whom I knew so long ago. I hope whoever his family is, will continue, and not to give up, for we know that the heavenly father will look after everyone of you. God be with you and your family, Shau Lee!

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn

My Prayers continue for your family and loved ones. It has now been almost 2 months since the tragedy but my heart still aches for your great loss. If only I had the words to comfort you.
