I never knew who you were and I don't know your family but my name is Sierra and my school, Civic Memorial High School, is having a memorial for you and everyone else that gave the ultimate sacrifice on that tragic day. I would like to inform the family so you may attend the event and know that we will never forget. The memorial will be held at Civic Memorial High School in Bethalto, Illinois. We hope you join us but understand if you can't. God bless you and your family and thank you for your sacrifice.

Uncle Nate, although it has been nine years since you have departed this life, I still feel like you will show up at a family reunion. For someone like you who lived their life for the Lord, I know that you are with the Him in heaven. I know you made it, I feel in my heart that you didn't feel any pain September 11,2001. I miss you so much, and in order for us to meet on that beautiful shore, I'll keep seeking the face of the Lord so that I am sure to make it into the Holy Kingdom.

As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

We are deeply sorry for your loss of Nathaniel. May his life and love live on in those who love him. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
