My name is Ram Autar Goel. I am collegue of Prem, having studied together at IIT Roorkee from July 1962 to May 1966. After graduation, we moved on separately & lost touch. I miss Prem a lot as even I worked in NY when World Trade Center building was under construction.I wish Meena and Neel the Best.

I have a feeling that Prem was from my batch of Civil Engineering from the University of Roorkee 1966. I remember him very well. I am very sad to learn of his death and pray to God to rest his soul in peace. My friemd Shiam Goyal was also working in same building and survived. God loved Prem & so lovingly he took him to his place. Meena, you have lots of courage & we admire you.

Meena,
I have just seen your interview on CNN today, Saturday February 26, 2005. I pray that at sometime, someday you receive news about your husband that will provide you the comfort you seek. I can never know the grief you suffer but if I could help share that burden I would absolutely. May God Bless You.

Jerath Family,
I never knew Prem, but yesterday we had a memorial at my high school and we each got to take a name of a victim and put it on a special wall. I received Prem's. I just want to say hello and that I know I could never know the feelings you feel about what happened. It was a terrible thing. I hope that your family is staying strong and GOD Bless!

Dear Prem,
Never again with my eyes will I see you,
Although in my mind you are always so clear,
Never again with my hands will I touch you,
Although in my heart you are always so near,
Never again with my voice will I speak with you,
Although in my loneliness I can hear your words,
Never again will I feel your heart against mine,
Although, in my tears, that cry for you in this apart,
Something tells me He now holds your broken heart.
Yours forever,
Meena

To Prem* with Love
Has Prem vanished from this world?
Has he hidden in the clouds?
Or, has he gone behind a veil?
No!!!
Love (prem) is immortal, and, the
truth
Prem is my soul, and, my breath
Prem is all around me
It is my firm belief
Prem's glory has to be kept glowing
Prem has to be kept alive
Whole essence of this world
revolves around
Prem (love) and trust
*Prem in Hindi language means Love.
The above poem is translated from its Hindi version.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
