As I cross-stitched your name on the memorial that I am doing for all of the victims, I prayed for you and your family. Please know that your death was not in vain. We will always remember. God Bless.

I only know of you because it was the name of Takashi Kinoshita on the name tag I wore today, 9/11/2002, as a participant in the "Rolling Requiem" memorial to those who lost their lives one year ago. May your soul rest in peace.

Kinoshita-san,
You are truly an unsung hero of 9/11. Virtually all of Mizuho Capital's NY staff owe their lives to you and the three other managers whose presence of mind, heroic instincts, and selfless actions enabled the 80th Floor of 2 WTC to be evacuated in time to undoubtedly save lives. May your soul rest in eternal peace!

Kinoshita san, konnichiwa. The last time I saw you was when I was quitting Fuji Bank and I still remember how kind you were. You have congraturated me for my engagement with Bruce. You know what Kinoshitasan, we are married now and have a loving daughter together. Bruce always complimented your leadership at the bank and how nice person you were. We all miss you very much.

America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
