Recently attended a celebration ceremony and met Grandy, he was a gentleman and inspiration to me. Truly a fine human being, he will be sorely missed. May God grant him final eternal peace.

Granville's Obituaries

Granville “Grandy” Kinsley of Lake Wales passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Lake Wales Medical Center. He was born March 4, 1942 in Wilsden, West Yorkshire, England to the late Henry and Alice Kinsley; he came to Lake Wales from Broward County in 2004. He was a retired tool and die maker for Johnson and Johnson and was of the Episcopalian faith. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Rhode Island, the South Lakeland Moose Lodge and a past Moose Legion President of Thunderbolt #201. He enjoyed hunting, karaoke and spending time with his friends. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Christine “Tina” Kinsley; daughter, Kimberly “Kim” Kinsley of Lake Wales; sisters, Shirley Jones of Australia and Maureen Barnes of Bradford, England; and brother, Alfred Kinsley of Selby, England. Memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Carolyn Keen, Moose Legion Thunderbolt #201 officiating. For those who wish, donations may be made to the South Lakeland Moose Lodge, Building Fund, 6125 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33813.
