Annette Bailey Garrison began her life's journey, July 20, 1958, at Clarksdale, MS. The last child, born to Orville and Vera Youngblood Bailey, Annette grew up enjoying the company of her five siblings. She specialized in medical records and coding and found a job with Dr. Ronald Frederick. A very precise person, Annette excelled at the job and was a loyal employee for more than 25 years. She was a loving wife, a good cook, a perfectionist at cleaning and decorating her home and loved to fill her home with antiques. her home was adorned with beautiful pieces of needlepoint she created. She and Charles became member of the Twin City Church Of Christ soon after moving to the area. On Sunday, November 19, 2017 Annette suddenly and unexpectedly passed away.
