I am very sorry to hear about Arthur passing. I remember at Derby High School when he became my para professional aide for special education. He was a gentle and sweet man that is one of a kind. I am very sorry that I couldn't make it on account that I had work last night. I wish I shared one last goodbye with him. He was a great friend. May he rest in peace with his wife.

My condolences to the family. I hope his memory lives on in your hearts. cousin Jack Thayer

To Dad Thayer family so sorry for your loss dad was a kind, loving person who ALWAYS made sure his family was well. Me and the kids will forever thank him for being so kind to us. We will love you and miss you always. Forever in our hearts

I had the privilege of working with Art at the beginning of my career at IBM in 1988. He always talked about how much he loved his wife and children. He talked about their accomplishments and how proud he was of all of them. Since my wife and I had young children I often looked to Art for advice. He was a great professional and personal mentor for me. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Thayer Family, Ed and I were sadden to learn of Arthur's passing. He was a kind and patient person who would wait for Barbara and I to have our weekly long conversations after Mass at Holy Rosary every Sunday. We have fond memories of meeting them for dinner on Cape Cod where we had the best clam chowder at Mildred's. I know Barbara was waiting for him to join her with open arms. God bless you all. Prayers for all. Love, Suzanne and Ed Leggo

To the Thayer Families, we offer our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Nancy and Chris so sorry to hear about you dad he was the kind of guy that would do anything for you always had a big smile on his face in deepest sympathy Scott and Annette thomson
