Alice and family,
I shared your loss. Bill was a close friend for the past 55 years. He will be missed by his many friends from NavFinCen and his many golf buddies. I cannot attend any of the sevices since I'm out-of-town. My prayers will be with during this sorrowful time.

Dear Alice and family I will always remember his quick wit, smile and laughter. He was always so caring for "Peter". (Alice's nickname) I pray that you will find peace and strength during these difficult times. Blessings Cindy Doane

My prayers to Alice and family. I am sorry I was unable to be there to express my condolences. I knew Bill for many years and had worked for him at the Navy Finance Center. His work ethic and fairness to everyone in work situations will always be remembered. And, oh yes, his smile, too!

Bill was a genuine character. I really nice guy with one of the oddest golf swings I have ever seen.
Bill was my boss in Jumps during the big build up. It was a crazy time and not the easiest place to manage. Bill actually cared about people and allowed all of us to do our jobs with his support. He was a good mentor and friend. Rest in peace
