Cecile B. Duchesne, 86, of Manchester, died July 15, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, July 26, 1918, she was a daughter of Adelard and Alda (Tremblay) Duchesne. She was a lifelong resident of this city, and had been a resident of St. Teresa Manor the past several years.

She had been employed by Pandora for many years.

She loved children and had volunteered as a foster grandparent for many years.

Family members include a nephew, Edmond Duchesne of Allenstown; two nieces, Paulette Witham of Hudson, and Denise Desaulniers of Manchester.

A funeral mass was held Monday July 18, 2005 at St. Teresa Manor. Burial was private in St. Augustin Cemetery.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
