Alma June Holt Alma June Holt, 83, of Beckley passed away Thursday, March 27, 2008. Born October 7, 1924 to the parents of James and Inez McKinney. Alma was good mother and devoted wife for sixty three years. She retired as the operator and owner of Vanity Beauty Shop located in Beckley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by Gary Dean Holt, Jerilyn �Joy� Lewis, James M. Holt and Stephen L. Holt. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of sixty three years John H. Holt of Beckley; sons Robert G. Holt, III and wife Betty of Charlotte, NC, John M. Holt and wife Shane of Cool Ridge, WV, Joseph M. Holt and wife Lisa of Charoltte, NC; daughters Glenna K. Thornquest and husband Donald of Sophia, WV, Johnnette Scarbro and husband Clarence of Newton, WV, Mignon Willis and husband Bruce of Shady Spring, WV; twenty four grandchildren. No services are scheduled at this time. Donations of sympathy may be made to the Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Dr., Beckley, WV 25801.
