Everett W. Foreman M.D. Everett W. Foreman, M.D., 94, of Bradenton, died June 26, 2008. He was born January 2, 1914 in New York City. He retired in 1984 after 40 years in Family Practice and Obstetrics in the Stamford, N.Y. area, and has been a resident of Bradenton since then. He received a B.S. from Lafayette College in 1935, and was an honors graduate from Syracuse University College of Medicine in 1939. He served from 1941 to 1946 in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in the European Theatre; he was a Captain and was awarded the Combat Medical Badge and the Bronze Star. He received four patents from the U.S. Patent Office, and was a published genealogist. He was a member of the Elks, the American Legion, Mensa, and was a Protestant. Survivors include two sons, Scott A. of Rome, N.Y., Seth L. of Agana, Guam; one sister, Chicita Culberson of Durham, N.C.; one grandson; two nieces; and a companion, Janet E. Mason of Lady Lake, Fla.
