Mr Thomas T.L. Riddle

Bethel--Thomas �T.L.� Riddle age 70 of Bethel passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 22, 2007 at his home with his family by his side. Born to the late Ralph Raymond Riddle and Inez Cabe Riddle in Haywood County on December 31, 1936. He retired from Champion after 39 years of faithful work, he served honorably in the U.S. Air Force, and attended the Bethel Baptist Church. His family expressed his love for his garden, rabbit hunting, and Carolina Basketball. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Elizabeth � Libby� Riddle, one son Tommy Riddle and his wife Tempe of Henderson, NC, two daughters Patty Reynolds and her husband Bill of Rock Hill, SC, and Janet Baker and her husband David of Waynesville, NC, two sisters June Lowe of Waynesville and Joyce Haney of Canton, five grandchildren Phillip Reynolds, Jacob Riddle, Thomas Riddle, Rachel Riddle and Ben Baker. He is also survived by many other family and friends. Services will be held at 3PM on Saturday at the Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Kilby officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 to 3PM at the Bethel Baptist Church and at other times the family will be at their home in Bethel. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Phillip Reynolds, Jacob Riddle, Thomas Riddle, Alden Shannon, Tim Lowe, Kevin Haney and Andy Rogers, honorary pallbearer will be Ben Baker.
