Caroline Fischer Weeks

Caroline Fischer Weeks passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 in Mount Dora, Florida. She was 99 years old. She grew up in New Orleans and lived most of her life in Metairie. Beloved wife of the late Francis Owen Weeks, Sr. Daughter of the late Valentine Febru Fischer and Agnes Lais Fischer. Mother of Kathleen Weeks MacInis, Owen Charles Weeks, Francis Owen Weeks, Jr. and the late Gayle Frances Weeks. Also survived by two Daughter’s-in-law and one Son-in-law, six grandchildren and eight Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Weeks was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Metairie for over 50 years. She was a member and past Treasurer of the Bon Temps Club at St. Francis Xavier Church. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Gathering at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. on Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. followed by a Graveside Service in Metairie Cemetery.
