Mr. Nicholas C. Nastasi

Nicholas C. Nastasi, 83, of Glenolden, on August 23, 2010 at Chestnut Knoll Assisted Living Center in Boyertown. He was born August 27, 1926 in Philadelphia the son of the late Nicola and Grace (nee Venuto) Nastasi. Mr. Nastasi worked as a tailor and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Carol A. (nee Fendt) Nastasi; devoted father of Theresa Zavitsky (Alex) and Michael Nastasi; dear brother of Rose Savastani and Frank Nastasi; also survived by four grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Friday at 9am at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home 301 Chester Pike, Norwood. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday 11am in the Church of St. George, Lamont Ave., Glenolden. Interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 1615 West Chester Pike Suite 102 West Chester, PA 19382.
